And here is another of Criss Thru Glass

Is Criss Angel Just A Magician?

Magic versus science
The trashcan escape is pretty obvious. The exit is on the right hand side of the can where for some odd reason a flap of the plastic bag is hanging. This flap hides the exit hole. This trick uses assistants but they are all on the right hand side; most of the crowd is unaware. The assistants move in close to the can to hide Angel crawling out on his hands and knees. Once safely beyond the crowd he simply gets on top of the building. This isn't a hard trick.

Penn of "Penn And Teller" says...

Hi Guys,

I asked Penn about this whole Criss thing..mentioned that we have lots of fan girls believing what he does is real and asked him if he had anything to say. Here's what he said:

"Johnny Thompson and Steve Shaw worked on that show. They are friends
that work with us. They do tricks and Criss's tricks were very often
theirs. We're on the show. If he had real powers and we were on the
show, we'd know it. He doesn't."

Sincerely,
Audrey

Hi,

I didn't know what else to say, I just can't keep repeating myself... so I forwarded your posts about debunking Criss to Penn to see what he thought about it..this is what he said:

"He's a magician.

We can't do the Bullet Catch but there's no reason to debunk us, we're
magicians.

Who cares if he can do it live? Do we have to debunk "Sabrina, the
Teenaged Witch?" It's TV, it's fake. You're supposed to know that.

Some people believe soap operas, that's not my problem."

Exactly!

Sincerely,
Audrey

There have been periods of time when miracles seem to be more concentrated. The following list was constructed using Meredith’s Book of lists as a guide. (Joe Meredith, Bethany Fellowship, 1980, pages 208-214)

Moses: 38 miracles spread over 40 years

Elijah: 11 miracles spread over 25 years

Elisha: 15 miracles spread over 35 years

Jesus: 43 miracles spread over 3 years

Peter: 10 miracles spread over 40 years

Paul: 11 miracles spread over 37 years

Miracles were not an everyday occurrence, they were extraordinary events!

Note: The Bible warns that in the last days counterfeit signs, miracles and wonders will increase.

Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

2 Thessalonians 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

Revelation 13:13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

Demons: Mark 9:17-18 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit; And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.

Signs and miracles

Life magazine’s cover, in July 1991, asked: “Do you believe in miracles?” and reported that thousands of unexplained miraculous phenomena are occurring worldwide. “I did a little digging,” said editor Peter Bonventre, “and it turned out there’d been a rash of sacred apparitions all over the world ...

Madonna with tearsThere’s a worldwide spiritual revival, and it’s one of the great stories of our time.”
In April 1995, Time magazine devoted an eight-page spread to its cover story on miracles, and concluded: “People are hungry for signs.”
Reports of miracles involving people from all faiths (and those of none) are increasingly reaching the media. According to Benjamin Creme, editor of Share International magazine, they are all signs of the imminent emergence of Maitreya, the World Teacher, and his group, the Masters of Wisdom. Maitreya comes now, at the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, to show us the way out of our current difficulties and bring the new teachings which will guide humanity towards its next evolutionary step. Soon we will see Maitreya on television, interviewed on a major American network — and hear his call for sharing and justice, as the only way to peace.
Benjamin Creme writes: “Over many years Maitreya and his group of Masters have saturated the world with miracles. In the 10th message from Maitreya given in 1977 at one of my public meetings in London, he said: ‘Those who search for signs will find them, but my method of manifestation is more simple.’ All religious groups look for signs. It is through the signs that they know the teacher is in the world or is coming into the world. You only have to keep awake and you will see that signs are everywhere. In every country in the world, in every religious setting, there are signs of one kind or another.”

Here are a few examples:

The crosses of light
In 1988 glowing crosses of light suddenly appeared in windows of homes in the Los Angeles suburb of El Monte, California, USA. The phenomenon spread to nine other US states and many other countries including Australia, New Zealand, India, the Philippines, the UK and Germany. Miraculous healings — many reported by the media — have been attributed to these crosses of light with people speaking of a peaceful, healing energy emanating from them. Communities have reported transforming effects (reduced crime, drug-taking, stress) after crosses of light have appeared locally. Many who have seen them claim they are signs that foretell the coming of a great spiritual teacher.

Patterns of light
Mysterious and beautiful patterns of light have been photographed on buildings and pavements all over the world: throughout Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Canada, and new sightings are happening more and more frequently. The patterns are created by sunlight reflected from windowpanes onto nearby surfaces such as buildings, fences, walls, or the ground, sometimes in huge, spectacular formations which defy scientific explanation. Benjamin Creme explains that these miraculous light patterns are another sign of Maitreya’s presence in the world.

Appearances & visions
We are witnessing a huge increase in the number of miraculous appearances. People worldwide describe seeing the Madonna or Jesus, while many others report meeting ‘angels’. Hundreds see Maitreya in dreams, visions, or in person.

Maitreya’s miraculous appearance in Nairobi
On Saturday 11 June 1988, Maitreya miraculously appeared at an open-air prayer/healing meeting on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya, and addressed the gathering of 6,000 people. Photographs taken at the scene were carried by major news media around the world including CNN and the BBC.
Job Mutungi, editor of The Kenya Times, witnessed the event and wrote: “The tall figure of a bare-footed, white-robed and bearded man appeared from nowhere and stood in the middle of the crowd ...” He spoke for around 18 minutes and many of those near him were completely healed. He then departed as mysteriously as he had appeared: “Several people who witnessed this were astonished by his mysterious disappearance” wrote Mutungi.

Healing wells
Since Maitreya’s miraculous appearance in Nairobi, Kenya, on 11 June 1988, he has similarly appeared, in hundreds of cities worldwide, to groups from all religions — and has magnetized a local water source with powerful healing properties. These ‘healing wells’ will be found all over the world, and have already been discovered in Mexico, Germany and India, attracting thousands.

Other phenomena
In increasing numbers, reports of miracles involving people from all faiths (and those of none) are reaching the media. These include religious statues and icons weeping tears, real blood and even pearls; the extraordinary Hindu ‘milk-drinking’ statues in 1995; appearances or sightings of the Madonna; holy messages in fruit and vegetables; sweet-scented healing oil weeping from icons and paintings; spectacular coloured lights in the sky; the gigantic Marree man drawing in the Australian desert; a Lebanese girl weeping razor-sharp crystals; and
numerous reports of rescues and encounters with ‘angels’.

Peace miracles
Another type of miracle to have occurred over recent years are 'peace miracles' — miraculous and unexpected transformations in world affairs. Some historic 'peace miracles' include the ending of the Cold War, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the end of apartheid in South Africa.
